Suggested Use
1. Leave to soak for 12 hours or overnight with chopped limes in alkaline water (Spring water, or distilled water)
2. Wash thoroughly and put into blender till its in a gel form
3. Can sweeten with maple syrup or unsweetened
4. Drink hot or cold & enjoy

It is recommended that anyone with higher level of iodine should avoid taking seamoss in any form.
