WHAT TYPE OF PACKAGING DO YOU USE FOR PRODUCTS?

Our Herbs are placed in paper Kraft pouches and our superfoods, creams, sugar scrubs and any other liquid forms are placed in glass bottles and jars.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN FRIENDLY?

All our products are vegan friendly, we only use natural ingredients in our products. 

WHAT DO YOU PACKAGE PRODUCTS IN FOR SHIPPING?

Our products are packaged with tissue paper, paper void filler & shipped in recycled cardboard boxes.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not ship internationally at this current time, we are working towards shipping to other countries in the near future.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCTS DAMAGAED WHEN DELIVERED?

If your products are damaged when delivered please send evidence to our customer service team via email sales@surrealwellnessandskincare.com and we will process a refund or send you out a new product. 

HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?

We despatch all products within 2-3 business working days, delivering via Royal mail. Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days

At Surreal we are dedicated to offering you the best delivery service as we want our customers to be satisfied. We are currently doing 2-3 business days dispatch which is extremely fast for majority of other businesses.  

Standard Delivery

  • Standard Deliveries are dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd class delivery
  • Free Postage for orders over £40 which will be dispatched in 2-3 business days
  • Orders that weight under 1kg cost £4.10 each for standard delivery (Track & Signed)
  • Orders over 1kg cost £6.20 for standard delivery (Tracked & Signed)
  • When ordering on a Friday after 1pm, items will be dispatched on the Monday
  • We aim to dispatch all standard in stock items as soon as possible to guarantee three working days.

Express Delivery

  • All express deliveries must be placed before 1pm for next working day
  • Express delivery is only available for customers in the UK
  • Express delivery is a subject to change on UK bank holidays as our delivery services as a standard working day (Orders that are express will be delivered the next working day
  • Express orders must be ordered before 1pm Friday to be delivered on the Monday

We only ship UK deliveries. We do not ship internationally but will be doing so in the near future.

HOW TO PLACE ORDER ON WEBSITE?

Add product to basket and head to checkout page which is at the top of page on the right hand side. Click pay for product, enter all the relevant details which includes name and address, then enter your card details. Payment will be verified through Spotify and you will receive a mail confirming your order.

WHAT TO DO IF MY PAYMENT HASN'T GONE THROUGH?

If your payment does not go through, please try again as sometimes the server can stop payments if its not made straight away. if your payment still hasn't gone through please email our customer service service and someone will be in touch to take payment over the phone. 

HOW SOON DO I RECIEVED EMAIL AFTER PLACED ORDER?

You will receive email straight away after order has been placed. If you do not receive email straight away give it a few minutes. If it happens that you have still not received an email, check you have types correct email and then contact our customer service team via email and we will resend another confirmation email.
